This yoga workshop introduces students to the basics of modern yoga practice. Learn the foundation of yoga poses of Vinyasa yoga and principles of alignment to keep safe and have fun during your practice. We will go over many different modifications and tips to help you through your practice. We will work with demonstrations and hands on adjustments. This is an excellent workshop for anyone new to yoga or existing students who would like a refresher. Investment $40
