“I started my hot yoga practice here at this studio just over 2 years ago and it has been AMAZING. Hot yoga has helped me so much, both physically and mentally. My flexibility has improved and I have leaned out my muscle mass. This practice never gets routine and is always challenging. Also, hot yoga never gets easier because as your practice improved you are able to hold and deepen the poses. It is always a welcome challenge.
