Yolanda Nash, owner of HotYoga4You in Long Island, New York, is excited to be opening a studio in her new home of Sarasota, Florida. The Grand Opening is November 20, 2015. The exact location is 4021 Clark Road in the Expo on Clark Center at the intersection of Clark and Sawyer.
HotYoga4You’s new Sarasota studio will be constructed with a fully-functioning far-infrared heating system, including a state-of-the-art UV lighting system. It will treat the studio’s inside air for bacteria, viruses, allergens, and odor contamination. Our studio will be the only one in the Sarasota area to have this type of system.
Yolanda Nash, a seasoned veteran in the hot yoga industry, first started teaching in New York City’s hot yoga studios in 2002. She is known for compassionate, yet disciplined classes that help to foster the learning of hot yoga practice, as well as to challenge seasoned practitioners.
As a wife and mother of 2 young children, Yolanda expanded her interests in wellness to include certifications in Pre/Post Natal Yoga, as well as being trained in the methods of teaching yoga to kids. As a teacher trainer, her guidance an instruction has helped launch the careers of many NY based yoga teachers. Relocating her family to a warmer climate, Yolanda welcomes a new community of wellness warriors to her newest hot yoga studio. Guiding as many people as possible to their individual health and healing goals is her passion. Nearly 16 years after her first yoga experience, her commitment and focus to share the gifts of yoga practice remain as strong as ever.
